  • A Life Coach is someone who supports you in moving forward into your next chapter - helping you gain clarity, overcome what’s holding you back, and take action towards the life you want.

  • We’ll spend an hour together on Zoom. It’s your space, so I’ll be led by you. I’ll always begin by asking, “Where would you like to start today?” - then I’ll listen and gently guide you forward. It’s not about giving you the answers or telling you what to do. It’s about asking thoughtful questions to help you untangle your thoughts and uncover what’s already within you. Together, we’ll create clarity, build self-belief, and help you step into your next chapter with confidence.

  • Life coaching is a journey, and everyone’s is different. Some clients find what they’re looking for within a few sessions, while others benefit from a longer journey to uncover their beliefs and stories, release what’s holding them back, and move forward into their next chapter of transformation.

  • I work directly with individuals, as well as companies looking to support their employees. I also offer coaching at events such as retreats, workshops and wellbeing-focused experiences.

    My life experience and passion have led me to support women within my coaching practice. Whether you’re navigating a career change, the challenges of motherhood, a shift in identity, or simply need space to catch your breath - I’m here to support you.

  • Quick answer - no. Some clients come with a clear focus. Others just feel stuck or know something needs to change. Both are completely welcome here.
