Where she was:
As a mum and the default parent, Justine was juggling the demands of family life alongside a period of significant change in her career. Following redundancy, her confidence had taken a knock and, as she prepared to step into a new role, she wanted to feel reassured that she was making the right move.
She came to coaching looking for a confidence boost, some clarity around her next steps and the reassurance to trust herself as she navigated this new chapter in her career and family life.
What we worked on:

We explored how she could navigate the demands of motherhood alongside her career, let go of the pressure to get everything right and learn to trust herself and her decisions.
The aim was to help her feel more in control, confident in her choices and comfortable finding a balance that worked for her.
What we worked on:
Each team member had dedicated one-to-one coaching sessions, giving them space to focus on their personal and professional development.
We worked on building confidence, identifying individual strengths and exploring what each person wanted from their career.
We also focused on helping them recognise their potential, challenge their own limitations and feel more confident taking ownership of their development and future ambitions.
Where she is now:
Justine now feels secure, stable and confident in her decisions within her new role. She's thriving professionally and, importantly, feels happier with the balance she's created between motherhood and her career.
She's also learnt to take life one step at a time and feel more relaxed about the things she can't control. Rather than putting pressure on herself to have everything figured out, she's more comfortable trusting the process and knowing she can work things out as she goes.

Where she was:

Christie is thriving in her career and has gone on to win two industry awards. She's also developed a much healthier relationship with work, understanding and accepting the importance of balance rather than feeling she has to be switched on all the time.
She's enjoying hobbies and interests outside of work, which are giving her more energy and helping her thrive even further in her role.
Most importantly, she feels confident about her next steps and excited about what the future holds, both personally and professionally.

Through coaching, she recognised that the alternative role wasn't actually what she wanted and didn't align with the future she was working towards.
Having given herself the space to explore both options, she was able to make a decision that felt right for her, rather than one driven by pressure or expectation. She's now happier and more confident than ever.

Where the team was:
As a founder with a relatively junior team, she wanted to invest in her people and give them the support and guidance to grow, both personally and professionally.
